15 IGV browser
A genome browser could be used to check gene distributions, structures, and also expression profiles based on igv. js.
15.1 Visualizing expression profiles
Simply, users just need to select each parameter sequentially as labeled in the figure (or simply just click the Demo1
buttons).

, after several seconds, the IGV result would be listed below.
Note
- All tracks are normalized using RPM (reads per million) when generating the wig files.
- All tracks were group-autoscaled by datasets. So each track has the same Y-axis range for comparison.
- Gene name searching is supported.
